1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of barrariacademy.com and any products you buy from us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Barrari Academy, an independent venture run by an individual based in Spain (“we”, “us”).

2. Our products

We are preparing (a) digital printables and activity editions delivered as downloadable PDFs, and (b) printed books. Nothing is on sale yet. Digital products will be licensed, not sold — your use will be governed by our Printables License. Printed books, once published, are governed by the bookseller’s own terms and are not subject to that licence.

3. Purchases & payment

No purchases are possible through this website at present. When paid downloads go live, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record and seller of record, whose terms will also apply; this section will name that provider before the first sale. Prices will be shown in US dollars and may change. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Digital delivery & refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly by download and/or email after purchase. Because they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final, except where a refund is required by law or where a product is faulty or not as described. If something is wrong with your download, contact hello@barrariacademy.com and we’ll make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license or publicly post our files except as permitted by the applicable license tier. You may not use the site to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, text, illustrations, the Barrari Academy name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product grants you a license to use it (see the Printables License), not ownership of the underlying work.

7. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep content accurate and educational but do not warrant it is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Update this if you register the business elsewhere.)
