Who we are

Barrari Academy (“we”, “us”) operates barrariacademy.com and offers children’s educational printables and books. Barrari Academy is currently run as an independent venture by an individual based in Spain; for purchases, our payment provider acts as the Merchant of Record (see “Payments”). Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — a parent or teacher email address when you request a free worksheet, join our newsletter, use the contact form, or redeem a certificate.
• Certificate details — when you redeem an Explorer Certificate you provide your child’s first name (used only to personalise the certificate) and your email address (used to send the certificate).
• Purchase information — payments are processed by our payment provider (see “Payments” below). We receive order confirmations but do not store your full card details.
• Technical data — standard server/hosting logs and, if enabled in future, privacy-friendly analytics.

Children’s privacy

Our products are designed for children ages 8–12, but our website is intended for use by parents, guardians and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The only child-related data we handle is a first name that a parent chooses to enter to personalise a certificate. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use your information

• To send the free worksheet, certificate or resource you requested.
• To send occasional updates and new-release emails (only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe any time).
• To fulfil and support your purchases.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Payments

We are not currently selling anything through this website. When paid downloads go live, they will be handled by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, and this policy will be updated to name that provider before the first sale — together with a link to their own privacy policy and terms.

Third parties we rely on

• Lemon Squeezy — payments & digital delivery.
• [Email provider — e.g. MailerLite / ConvertKit] — sending the emails you request.
• Cloudflare Pages / [hosting] — website hosting and delivery.
• Google Fonts and flagcdn.com — serving fonts and flag images.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep contact details for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@barrariacademy.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
