Your files are always available on the thank-you page right after checkout, and the same links are in the receipt email from Stripe. Email hello@barrariacademy.com with the name you used and we'll resend it within 24 hours — please reach out before opening a card dispute, we'll always make it right.

Every book comes in both sizes. Choose US Letter if you're in the United States or Canada, and A4 for Europe and most of the rest of the world — it's whatever paper your printer uses. The content is identical; only the page size differs.

Open the PDF and print on a home or office printer — black & white is fine, colour is a nice bonus. In your printer dialog, set scaling to “Actual size” (100%) rather than “Fit to page” so the layout stays crisp. Plain paper works great; for certificates, slightly heavier paper is a nice touch. No special software needed.

All downloads are standard PDFs. If one won't open, it usually finished downloading only part-way — download it again from the thank-you page or your receipt link. On a phone, open it in a PDF viewer or Files app rather than previewing in the browser. If it still won't open, email us and we'll send it straight across.
